Archival pigment print, numbered and authenticated

Made in Pinedo, just south of Valencia, the photograph looks towards the city’s port from the edge of a quieter coastal landscape. The industrial structures remain distant, compressed into a thin line along the horizon.

The work is held by this separation of scales — the open foreground and the remote presence of the city beyond it. Pinedo appears here as a peripheral space, close to Valencia yet visually removed from it, suspended between the coast and the infrastructure that defines its horizon.
