By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Products

We offer photography works, including limited editions, collector’s works, open edition posters and photobooks.

Each artwork is individually produced or prepared upon order. Product descriptions, dimensions, edition details, materials, availability and prices are displayed on the relevant product page.

We make reasonable efforts to present works accurately. However, colours and tonal qualities may vary slightly depending on screen settings, printing processes and the nature of the materials used.

Orders

Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.

We may cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or product information error has occurred, payment cannot be authorised, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount paid will be refunded using the original payment method.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where required by law. Delivery charges, where applicable, are shown during checkout before payment is completed.

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

Customers outside the European Union may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by local authorities.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Customers based in the European Union may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

All content on this website, including photographs, artworks, text, logos, graphics, layouts, certificates and design elements, is owned by Monochrome Hub VLC. Gallery, the artist or the relevant rights holder.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, adapted or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website, or use its content in a manner that infringes the rights of Monochrome Hub VLC. Gallery, the artist or any third party.
