REFUND POLICY
Right of Withdrawal
Customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order.
To exercise this right, customers must submit a request through the “Request a Return / Withdrawal” link available in the footer of our website. Requests may also be sent to contact@monochrome-hub.com.
Once the request has been received, we will confirm it by email and provide the return instructions.
Return Conditions

Limited Editions & Collector’s Works: May be returned within 14 days of delivery. Works must be returned complete, including any accompanying certificate or documentation, securely protected and in their original protective packaging.

Framed Works: Must be returned complete and fully assembled. Framed works must not be disassembled, altered or removed from their frame before return. They must be returned in their original protective packaging.

Posters (Open Edition): May be returned within 14 days of delivery if returned unused, undamaged and in their original protective tube or packaging.

Photobooks: May be returned within 14 days if returned in original condition. Signed, rare and collector’s books must be returned complete and without damage or signs of use beyond inspection.
Works may be inspected only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition. Where a returned work has been handled beyond this extent, including installation, hanging, damage, alteration, missing documentation or return without the original protective packaging, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping and for returning the work in its original protective packaging. We do not provide prepaid return labels or collection services unless an item is damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied.
Returned works must be dispatched within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal request.
Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal request. We may delay the refund until the returned work has been received or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
The refund includes the original standard delivery cost where applicable. Any additional delivery costs selected at checkout are not refundable.
Refunds are made using the original payment method unless another method has been agreed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at contact@monochrome-hub.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photographs of the work, the packaging and any visible damage. We will review the case and provide the appropriate instructions.
