Order Processing

Artworks normally ship within 7 business days. Photobooks normally ship within 3–5 business days.

Packaging & Tracking

All orders are securely packaged and fully trackable. Limited Series and Collector Editions works ship flat in protective packaging. Poster Now works are shipped rolled in sturdy, protective tubes.

Delivery Times

• Europe: 3–7 business days

• International: 5–14 business days (varies by destination)

We currently ship across the European Union and to selected international destinations.

Customs & Duties

Customers outside the EU may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Payment

Secure Checkout

Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna and available local payment methods shown at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

Customers based in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the last item in their order.

Returned items must be complete, in their original condition and in their original protective packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Limited Series & Collector Editions: Works must be returned complete, including any accompanying certificate or documentation. Framed works must remain fully assembled and must not be removed from their frame.

• Poster Now: Works must be returned undamaged and in their original protective tube or packaging.

• Photobooks: Books, including signed, rare or collectible copies, must be returned complete and in their original condition.

Where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced to reflect any loss in value. For full return conditions, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at contact@monochrome-hub.com as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and provide the appropriate instructions.
