Cities recur throughout E-motion, photographed in Prague, Valencia and elsewhere. Movement disrupts the familiar order of the street: figures dissolve, architecture shifts and passing fragments of colour become part of the image. Each photograph begins with an observed urban scene, transformed at the instant it is made.
