The Collector’s Vault features Ivailo Stanev’s most conceptually driven body of work — an artistic project created across Europe, where street photography expands into a study of movement, memory, and the emotional rhythm of the contemporary city. In this series, the image moves beyond observation into interpretation.

Monochrome holds structure and atmosphere, while colour introduces what exists outside the frame: a trace of time, an emotional afterimage, a fragment of perception. The dialogue between the two creates a visual language unique to this project — part documentary, part poetic, entirely authored.

These works belong to the Vault because they mark defining points in Stanev’s artistic evolution. They are pieces distilled from years of seeing, refining, and shaping an idea into form — images created with intention and shaped through practice.

All photographs are released in hand-signed archival prints with full provenance, printed to museum-level standards. Once an edition is complete, the work is withdrawn permanently to preserve its rarity and artistic weight.

Ivailo Stanev is a Spain-based photographer whose career spans over 25 years across fashion, documentary, and art photography.
