Rare photographs from Ivailo Stanev’s private archive — released in limited editions and never reprinted.
These works have been exhibited, published, and held in collections worldwide.
Each piece is an authored piece with full provenance and intention.

The Collector’s Editions gather the works that hold particular significance within Ivailo Stanev’s archive — photographs that mark clear moments of direction, consolidation or shift in his artistic practice. These are images drawn from extended projects, long-term explorations and key assignments, selected for the strength with which they represent the author’s vision at a specific point in time.

Unlike the thematic series in the archive, the works here are united not by subject or style, but by their weight within Stanev’s development. Each photograph stands as a resolved statement: the outcome of accumulated experience, sustained attention and the gradual shaping of an idea into a definitive form. Some originate from broader bodies of work; others appear as singular frames whose clarity sets them apart.

Because of their importance, these photographs are released as carefully managed editions, with hand-signed archival prints and full documentation. Once an edition is complete, it is not reissued. This approach preserves the individuality of each work and affirms its place within the continuum of Stanev’s authored output.

Curated exclusively by Monochrome Hub, the Collector’s Editions represent the most considered layer of the artist’s work — pieces selected for their enduring relevance and for the insight they offer into the evolution of his practice. They are photographs meant to be kept, studied and lived with over time.
