ORDER PROCESSING

Each piece is individually produced upon order. Production begins once your payment is confirmed. Orders ship within 7 business days (3–5 days for photobooks).


PACKAGING & TRACKING

All orders are carefully prepared, securely packaged, and fully trackable. Limited editions and Collector’s works ship in archival packaging. Posters are shipped rolled in sturdy tubes.

DELIVERY TIMES
  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days (varies by location)

CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers outside the EU may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the limited and custom-made nature of our editions, return policies vary by product type. Please review carefully before purchasing.

  • LIMITED EDITIONS & COLLECTOR’S WORKS: Final sale. No returns or exchanges.

  • POSTERS (OPEN EDITION): Returnable within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • PHOTOBOOKS: Standard photobooks may be returned unused within 14 days. Signed or rare books are final sale.

IF YOU PAID WITH KLARNA: Please get in touch with us directly before initiating a return through Klarna. This ensures your request is processed smoothly and avoids any delays or complications.

 


DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@monochrome-hub.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
