Your order is produced individually just for you. For this reason, the delivery can take a little longer than for ready-to-ship inventory. Depending on your product type, it can take up to ten business days to get everything produced. 

Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. Please, provide your contact phone number under the address selected upon checkout in order for the courier company to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

For all international deliveries, the time taken depends on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and track its status with the tracking number provided in the email with your shipping information.

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.


You have 14 days from the receiving of your order to notify us about your return request without explanation. 

To do so, you have to send us an email at with your intention to withdraw from the agreement.
Within the period of 14 days, you have to return the artwork/s in perfect condition and in its/their original packaging with relevant receiving note to the following address:

Once we have received your return, you have the following choices:

    • To choose a new photograph of an equivalent value
    • To receive a gift cheque from Monochrome Hub Gallery for the equivalent amount
    • Full refund of all payments received from you

Shipping charges for returning as well as any other management fee (if any) are your responsibility. The artwork/s need to be like new, with its/their original package and contents otherwise it will be rejected for exchange or refund. 


Any purchase in our online gallery can be fully cancelled up to 24 hours after making the payment.
Steps to cancel your order (up to 24 hours after purchase)

  • Enter the order confirmation email that we have sent you and locate the order number (example: #1234).
  • Send us an email to with the SUBJECT: Cancel Order: XXXXX (Write your order number here). Send us your name, email and payment details, to be able to do the refund.

We’ll contact you within 24 hours and proceed to refund your order.

Keep in mind that if we receive your request for cancellation after these 24 hours, your order could be on its way and therefore your request can’t be accepted.
