Order Processing

Each artwork is individually produced upon order. Production begins once your payment is confirmed. Orders ship within 7 business days (3–5 days for photobooks).

Packaging & Tracking

All orders are carefully prepared, securely packaged, and fully trackable. Limited editions and collector’s works ship flat in archival packaging. Posters are shipped rolled in sturdy, protective tubes.

Delivery Times

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 5–14 business days (varies by location)

    We currently ship across the European Union and selected international destinations.

Customs & Duties

International customers outside the EU may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Secure Checkout

Payments are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway. Your information is handled safely and confidentially. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Klarna (installment payments), and select local methods.

Returns & Exchanges

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the order.

Due to the limited and collectible nature of our editions, return policies vary by product type. Please review carefully before purchasing.

  • Limited Editions & Collector’s Works: In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Returned works must be in original condition, unframed (if applicable), and in their original packaging. Any signs of handling, installation, or damage not related to transport may result in refusal of the return or reduction of the refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Posters (Open Edition): Returnable within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

  • Photobooks: Standard photobooks may be returned unused within 14 days. Signed, rare, or collector’s books are considered collectible items and must be returned in original condition. Return shipping costs apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at contact@monochrome-hub.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and resolve the issue promptly.
