MONOCHROME Hub preserves each piece of art providing limited edition copies to be printed per photograph. The maximum quantity of copies decided per photograph cannot be modified, neither by Monochrome Hub, nor the artist. The artwork will be no more available, once the last copy has been sold.
To testify the authenticity of the artwork and its edition, every piece of photography is accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity, with the gallery's hologram, stamp and signature.
The best way to preserve your artwork is to buy it framed because the frame and the glass protect it from external factors. If you prefer to buy it without a frame, we suggest you handle it carefully using protecting gloves. Please avoid to put it in direct sunlight, near a heating source, or outdoor.
We accept all major Credit Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Ordering is simple and safe and our website is protected with an SSL certificate.
We take your security seriously, so that's why we process payments through secure options. When you shop on our site, your payments are always encrypted and protected with an SSL certificate.
We work with an "on-demand" system. This means your order is produced individually just for you. For this reason, the delivery can take a little longer than for ready-to-ship inventory. Depending on your product type, it can take up to ten business days to get everything produced. Delivery can take up to two weeks, depending on location.
We deliver directly from our print laboratory in Valencia, Spain.
Our customers are responsible for shipping costs including all tax and import fees. Shipping costs may vary according to the item, size and weight. Please, refer to our shipping rates calculator in your shopping cart which will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with our logistics partner, using your tracking number.
Please note: The tracking number may take a couple of days to sync with your package.
To see if the order can be modified, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine the status. Keep in mind that once the order has been shipped, we can't make any modifications to it.
It is not possible to add items to an order you've already placed. You can simply place a new order via the website for the desired items.
If a product arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging as it is and send us a description and photos of the damaged areas. Claims must be made within three days after receiving via email email@example.com
